Global Energy invented the kiln that uses shipping containers or vans to be used as a chamber to dry pallets, lumber, timbers, poles, flooring and firewood.  The value added from kiln drying your lumber will enhance your profits and allow you to provide custom dried wood for contractors and lumber resellers.  Power available in single or three phase motors.

Showcase Kiln:

Please visit Nicara Woods, a showcase installation of the Global Container Kiln located in Central America.  Nicara produces mahogany wood doors.  Heat is provided by a Central Boiler utilizing the wood wastes produced from the mfg. process.

Buyer Responsible For:

(a) Kiln Chamber: We recommend a used, stainless steel interior 40-45 foot refrigerated van (has higher clearances). You can also use a hi-cube shipping container, or refrigerated container. You may also use a building for a larger kiln.
(b) Installation: We provide the kit with parts, buyer installs.
(c) Boiler: We recommend the Central Boiler (CL 7260 or Pallet Burner - Dual Fuel Option is a plus). We no longer sell the Taylor Waterstove (too much smoke and operational problems).
